Before your first visit I'll email Cosmetic Acupuncture forms for you to print and complete.  Or you can simply come 10 minutes early and fill them out before your session over a cup of tea.

Not all appointments are visible online. If you're looking for a specific time, text to see if it's available.  Saturdays are by request, so no times will be listed.
